Bikram Yoga is a specific series of 26 yoga postures performed in a heated room that allows you to relax, strengthen and stretch every muscle, ligament, tendon, and joint in your body. It will also detoxify your body systems while reducing stress and tension in your life.
Hot Vinyasa is a type of flow yoga, because of the way the poses move from one to another. Each movement and pose in this series is synchronized to the inhalation and exhalation of breath.
Mat Pilates is a system of controlled exercises designed to strengthen and tone muscles, improve posture, flexibility, and balance. The room is warm in order to facilitate maximum circulation, controlled, and safe movements.
Hot Circuit is a total body workout using bodyweight exercises in a heated room. Designed to tone muscles, improve conditioning, and burn fat.
Yoga for Kids is a fun and creative class in which kids explore the physical and mental practices of yoga. They will learn poses that engage their creativity and the environment around them. Using this form of “play yoga” they familiarize themselves with how they feel, how their bodies move through space, and basic alignment. Balance, flexibility, focus, and coordination are all engaged.
